If any of you are like me, you need something to put a little groove and beat into your step. For today, I think this song will do.

This one was released on the Canadian band's 2007 album Them vs. You vs. Me and has a bit of a different, more "groovy" sound than some of their other songs.
On another note, it seems that the band was originally called Rainbow Butt Monkeys. O.o
